1. Does it hurt?
Not at all! A cloth barrier is used between your skin and our instruments. We use high heat on the bracelet only at one point, to weld it shut. Your skin does not come in contact.
2. What if the chain breaks or stretches?
In the event that your bracelet comes off, the first reattachment is complimentary, the second is $15, and the third/each after is $30. If the chain has been stretched/damaged beyond repair, then a new chain will have to be purchased, and scrap value will be offered for the damaged chain to put toward a new bracelet.
3. Can I purchase permanent jewelry as a gift?
Yes! Stop into the store anytime to purchase a gift card to cover the cost of the service.
4. How much does it cost?
Our service fee is $45. The cost of materials for each style varies, but packages (bracelet + service) start at just $60. We are happy to help you shop a style or price point—or attach your own chain, style dependent, permanently!
