Unless you’re joining us for a pop-up event, begin your journey by scheduling a private appointment with The Jewelbox. Our dedicated consultants will work to curate a personalized experience for you.
2. Select Your Signature Chain
Upon arrival, browse our collection of fine chains in radiant white, yellow, and rose gold. We also offer pieces in Sterling silver and vermeil (14k gold plated over Sterling silver). Each piece has been thoughtfully chosen to add the understated elegance of fine jewelry to your life without complication. We can assist you in creating the perfect length and style to complement your aesthetic.

Now, the final touch: One of our expert team members will perform a precise, seamless weld on one link of your bracelet to create a permanent bond. The experience is entirely comfortable for you, and occasionally meaningful—a moment of transformation where your piece becomes forever yours.

1. Does it hurt?
Not at all! A cloth barrier is used between your skin and our instruments. We use high heat on the bracelet only at one point, to weld it shut. Your skin does not come in contact with anything but the cloth barrier.
2. What if the chain breaks or stretches?
In the event that your bracelet comes off, the first reattachment is complimentary, the second is $15, and the third/each after is $30. If the chain has been stretched/damaged beyond repair, then a new chain will have to be purchased, and scrap value will be offered for the damaged chain to put toward a new bracelet.
3. Can I purchase permanent jewelry as a gift?
Yes! Stop into the store anytime to purchase a gift card to cover the cost of the service.
4. How much does it cost?
Our service fee is $45. The cost of materials for each style varies, but packages (bracelet + service) start at just $65. We are happy to help you shop a style or price point—or attach your own chain, style dependent, permanently! Please stay tuned for a selection of styles to be available on our website.
