Grape garnet is a spectacular stone. A unique type of almandine-pyrope garnet, these gemstones are a masterclass in color theory. Purple-red is the prompt, and the only other stone which can ever approximate this color is ruby. Of course, if these were a pair of rubies, they’d be 10x the price.
